Here We Go Again...
What Time is the Clown Show Over?
There’s no rest for the wicked - hot on the bumper of Jasmine’s Crockett clown car, we have Barack Obama checking in with his own dog & pony show…
Barack Hussein Obama, the man who swore an oath to the Constitution not once but twice, has once again revealed his deep contempt for it.
In his reaction to the Supreme Court’s decision on redistricting (pic above), Obama doesn’t merely misstate the law - he assaults the very foundations of the American order. One would think a former two-term president, a former lecturer on constitutional law no less, would grasp basic civics. Apparently not.
Or worse (and much more likely) - he actually grasps basic civics perfectly and chooses to distort them anyway. Color me surprised…
(1) Republic, Not Raw Democracy
Obama whines that the ruling “guts” the Voting Rights Act and frees legislatures to “gerrymander” against racial minorities under the cover of partisanship. As you see, his first sleight-of-hand is calling America “our democracy,” where majority rule must be perpetually checked for minority protection. This is deliberate deception.
The United States is a constitutional republic. The Founders built firewalls -Senate, Electoral College, federalism, separation of powers - explicitly to prevent the very mob-rule majoritarianism Obama romanticizes when it suits his side. The Founders feared unchecked democracy as tyranny by 51%. Obama’s rhetoric targets his fantasyland progressive nation, not the one described in the Federalist Papers or the Constitution he repeatedly undermines.
(2) The Poisonous Lie: “Rights of Minority Groups”
Far more malignant is his core claim: that the Court is abandoning its duty to “protect the rights of minority groups” against “majority overreach.”
This isn’t a gaffe. It’s the core of Obama-era leftism laid bare.
Groups have no rights. Full stop. Only individuals possess rights under the American system. The Declaration, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights enshrine protections for persons, not racial, ethnic, or sexual blocs.
Treating “minority groups” as collective rights-holders inverts justice into a patronage machine. It replaces “equal protection of the laws” with engineered racial outcomes. It turns citizens into demographic chess pieces.
Obama knows this all too well. His entire political career has been steeped in the neo-Marxist sleight-of-hand that swapped Marx’s economic classes for today’s racial and sexual identity tribes. In this update, whites become modern-day kulaks, while favored minorities are owed perpetual electoral advantages, set-asides, and veto power.
The Constitution? It’s a nuisance to be “fundamentally transformed” into a vehicle for group spoils! And naturally, Obama (along with his ideological descendants) would be the permanent arbiters of which groups count as oppressed and which must pay the price. It’s not hard to see where that’s going…
This is identitarian gerrymandering with extra steps. It’s the logic that produced racial districting in the first place - packing voters by skin color to guarantee outcomes. The Supreme Court correctly insists that legislatures cannot subordinate traditional districting principles to explicit racial targets (while allowing partisan considerations). Obama cries foul.
Translation: How dare you stop us from rigging the game by race, as long as we pretend it’s about “partisanship”?
The Real Obama Legacy
Let’s dispense with the nostalgia. This is the same Barack Obama who spent eight years weaponizing federal agencies against political opponents, lecturing Americans on race while presiding over rising racial tensions, and mainstreaming the identity politics that now fractures the country.
His “fundamental transformation” was never about expanding individual liberty. It was about consolidating power through grievance, division, and demographic management. His X post is not a principled objection - it’s the howl of a man watching the machinery of racial preference he helped entrench begin to rust. Thank God we’re seeing it dismantled in real time!
The Supreme Court’s proper role is to defend the Constitution for all Americans equally, not to serve as a left-wing nursemaid ensuring favored identity groups maintain disproportionate influence. Obama’s fury exposes the authoritarian instinct beneath a polished rhetoric: individual rights be damned if they interfere with group power (and Democratic electoral math).
This is the man who lectured us about “hope and change” while embedding the intellectual virus of group rights that now poisons everything from elections to education to enterprise (hello DEI, and goodbye…).
The Court’s modest restoration of color-blind principles isn’t judicial activism. It’s a long-overdue correction to Obama’s abhorrent constitutional vandalism.
Conclusion
His rage at the SCOTUS correction on redistricting should remind every American exactly whose interests Obama always prioritized. This is why his vision remains a profound threat to the republic of individuals the Founders actually bequeathed to us.
In sincere irreverence,
Todd

1000 x yes to this entire post! Obama was the worst president of my lifetime. Sad to say but I applaud watching his legacy crumble. " - it’s the howl of a man watching the machinery of racial preference he helped entrench begin to rust. Thank God we’re seeing it dismantled in real time!'
Hope they lock him up.
